Meet & Greet
Little intro chat so we get to know you and your project goals.

Consultation
LEO comes onsite to see your space, discuss the scope of work and do the technicals things, like measurements and photos.

Concept dreaming
The LEO team gets to work in this exciting kick off phase to create floor plans and design boards to present to you.

Get choosy
Things are getting real! Our team brings the physical samples (as able) for you to see, touch and feel the finishes that will make the design a reality.

Contractor Liaison
We play nice with all the folks, and are happy to work directly with the contractor, engineer and/or architect to ensure the design vision we’re all excited about comes to life.

Sourcing
Once the selections are approved we will source all selections to bring the design together, including any necessary furniture ordering.

Installation
As construction wraps up, the LEO team will schedule an install day with you to assemble and install all of your furniture and accessories, and get it ready for you to start living in!
